At FitLinks, our philosophy is that an active and well-balanced lifestyle with no physical limitations benefits everyone, and we understand that it all starts with self-discovery: getting more familiar with our own body, our own strength, and our own limitations. Client health and wellness is our main priority as we take a science-based approach, first providing a posture and movement pattern assessment via slow motion video, then following through with a custom regimen based on your health, current weaknesses and fitness goals. We keep track of your progress and adjust your routine as needed. Our approach focuses on prehab to help clients remain injury resistant.

Sports Performance
Work with athletes of all kinds to help develop injury resistant patterns that directly correlate to your sport. Learn how to absorb and release energy efficiently while increasing speed & explosively up to 5%.

We work with professional, youth and recreational sports participants in football, baseball and hockey. We also work with hikers and long distance runners for endurance training.
Injury Resistance & Recovery
ACL, Achilies & back surgeries have increased over 100% each of the past 10 years. Our sedentary lifestyle, choice of shoe wear, resting posture and way we exercise plays a MAJOR role in the way we move & feel. WOMEN'S HEALTH
With extensive experience training for Women only gyms for the past helped us gain knowledge and perspective in regard to the differences needed in training and nutrition when it comes to genders. Our different genetic make up, hormones & bone structure along with a number of other factors make a big difference in the way we approach training.
OUR SERVICES
General Training
1 on 1 Personal Training
During a 50 min 1 on 1 strength session, we will help you develop correct form, pacing and progression. We will educate you about injury resistant movements and be a positive force to help you keep a consistent exercise routine.
Small Group Training
Want to join others on your fitness journey? Connect with a group of like minded people or bring up to 10 friends where you'll be challenged, sweat and have fun!
Inclusive Training:
Special Olympics
People with ID(Intellectual Disabilities) are less physically active and have lower fitness levels due to lack of access to fitness education & opportunity. Everyone deserves the same opportunity, through experience and professional training inclusive fitness is a priority.
Movement Screening
We conduct initial assessment for posture and movement patterns assessment via slow motion video. A fitness plan recommendation is provided after the assessment that is customized to your current condition. Additional assessment is available for specific sports needs.
Nutrition Consultation &
Planning
A MAJOR part of becoming your best self starts in the kitchen. Whether its weight loss, muscle gain or an overall tone, we can help you make the best changes that will stick and have a profound impact on quality of life
Virtual GOATA recode
After an initial video assessment, we identify clients weak spots & build an online recode regimen with exercise & educational videos. 1-2 zoom workouts every 2 weeks to insure good activation/patterns, and re assess every 6 wks.
1 on 1 PNF Assisted
Stretching
A 30 or 50 minutes 1 on 1 stretch that is customized to fit indivdual needs, target problematic areas, and increase range of motion. Come experience it for yourself, given you a deeper/safer stretch than you could ever get on your own.
Sports Training
